Teething
Tiny is 6 months old now and he is starting to lose his baby teeth - He has been biting Danielle and I like crazy, because he is teething.
What remedies do you recommend for teething? He has a booda rope bone, and a Nyla bone...Is there anything else that is good?
Someone told me to use crushed ice.....

Re: Teething
I would give Casey ice And I would also freeze a washcloth (wet it before you put it in the freezer) and she used to chew on it for hours. After I while we would find her sleeping on it - I guess she would put it where the tooth hurt and fall asleep.

Re: Teething
I freeze carrots for Molly and she loves them. She would still bite us though - it stops I promise but it's a real pain in the butt!!!

Re: Teething
Petsmart (& many other pet shops) sells a canvas bone that you can put in the refrigerator. It is called *Chilly bone* and it works pretty well. I used this for Pyxie & it hepled curb her chewing while she was teething.

Re: Teething
Does the floor get wet when the pet is using this bone?

Re: Teething
Our pups love Kongs & they are great for teething. Also, the Nylabone was good too.

Re: Teething
yes, the kongs are really good...you can fill them and put them in the freezer, or just let them chew right on them, also tennis balls.....
