Teething, Growth Spurt or Both?

DD is the most loveable and happiest baby in the world. She hardly ever cries, is a great sleeper and a good eater - except for the past few days.

She is 8 1/2 months old and here are the symptoms that she's had for the past 4 days:

1. Irritable - usually in the mid afternoon to early evening. Nothing we do seems to make her happy and that was NEVER a problem.

2. Refusing food - she doesn't seem as hungry anymore and feeding has become a real hassle. She cries and turns her head away. She still seems to take bottles though.

3. Waking up at 3am - starving. DD has been sleeping through the night since like 2 1/2 months and now she's been waking up at 3am (almost like clockwork) for a 9oz bottle.

4. Drooling more than usual and she seems to rub teething toys on her bottom gums.

5. Won't let me wipe or wash her face, especially near her mouth.

I did run my finger across her gums and I don't feel anything or see anything.

What do you guys think?

Definitely sounds like teething to me...espeically the refusing food and drooling.
