Teething s*cks! At least i think it's teething!
Ladies please tell me this is teething and that it will be over soon!!!!
My son has been drooling for the past 2 months, the past 3 weeks he soaks his shirts. He's been coughing from the amount of salvia in his mouth, refusing the bottle sometimes i think because the nippes might bother his mouth, can't fall asleep for naps (he gets close and then i guess the saliva bothers him because he all of a sudden picks his head up and is awake again), and is waking 3 times a night.
When will this end? I don't see any white spots in his mouth. But to be honest i'm new at this so who knows! ha! He used to sleep through the night at 2 1/2 months and then stopped a few weeks later. Was waking up at 2am for a feeding. Now he gets up at 11, 2am, 4am and then finally 6:30. It's been 2 weeks now. When will this end????
My husband works midnight shifts starting on sunday and i'm not looking forward to doing it all by myself...

My DS was sleeping through the night at 8 or 10 weeks..... then he hiit 5 months.  I started back to work, and he started waking up at night. My theory is that it's a combination of things - i think teething is definitely part of it! I hate to say it - it went on for about 5 weeks or so. Then we had a REALLY bad night - the next day we felt the tooth! and a day or two later, the second tooth came through!
SO, now he has his two bottom teeth. Some nights we have a great night - no wake ups, or one or two short wake ups. I'm ususally able to just rock him right back to sleep quickly. Some nights - not so great.
In speaking to lots of moms with babies around my son's age, they are ALL goign through the same thing. I think teething s a big part of it - dno't worry, it won't last forever.

So just curious, but what did your really bad night consist of?
 Just so i know what i'm in for...

Yeah it's a good thing we love our little ones because this part is no fun!
The weird thing is i think he's getting his top 2 teeth. Don't they usually get the bottom first?
