Tell me about LATISSE?
Do you need a script? Is it covered by insurance? How much is it?
How common are side effects? My eyes are brown so I'm not worried about them changing. I'm doing chemo right now so they are starting to thin.

my friend just started using it, her dr. said that out of his 500 patients using it, that he hasn't seen any side effects. You do need a prescription and its not covered by insurance. So weird, I just talked to her about this about an hour ago!
I would talk to your doctor though.
My friend also just mentioned that you should put mascara on your lashes and hair while going through the treatments and thats supposed to help stop the thinning, but I would ask a doctor about that as well.

I've continued wearing mascara but it is not such a great feeling when a mascara coated lash falls in your eye 
I'm sure I'll have to wait til the treatment is over but I just want something to look forward to

I have alopecia areata (just on my right eye) and Latisse has worked wonders!!
