Tell me about N. Merrick- Crest section particularly

Anyone know anything about the area. The taxes are really high. How are the schools? I think this particular property we're looking into is N. Bellmore schools so I'm assuming that's Mepham but im not sure. How are the elementary schools? Neighborhoods? TIAChat Icon

I always advise people to call and double check if the elementary school is important to them, because lines change all the time, but the school map I have shows that the Crest section is zoned for Dinkelmeyer elementary school (on Waltoffer Ave.). I live in North Bellmore and my office is there, so feel free to FM me if you want more info.

And yes, N. Bellmore SD (4) is Grand Ave. Middle School and Mepham High.

My aunt teaches in Dinkelmeyer and its a great school!

N Bellmore schools as a whole are a great district. Thats where I am so if you have any questions, let me know! I don't have children yet but we did lots of research.

Also, the taxes may be a bit lower if you cross over into N Bellmore vs N Merrick...
