tell me about staying on track without point counting please
i always do well on ww but i hate counting points...i get sick of it and end up falling off track. i'm back to where i want to be but feel myself about to give up on counting and i know where that will lead me. does anyone have any suggestions on other plans that are manageable that don't require point counting. i've done core before. what have you been successful at maintaining? tia!

Do you go to meetings? they are key.
WW has the SetPoints plan now. It's not a seperate plan. But, if you don't have time or just cannot track, eat all of the filling foods. the foods that you eat that are not filling foods, count them towards your 35 points for the week. So really, you are just counting the non-filling foods.
