Tell me about your train table
DS is obsessed with the Thomas the train table at Barnes & Noble. I want to get him a table for Christmas, but the Thomas one is  . What table do you have and do you recommend it? I was looking at the KidKraft ones. Anyone have one of those? I think they're compatible with the Thomas trains.

We got the one at Target when it was on sale. One side has a landscape design. The other has the white board so it can be used as a drawing table.

We have an imaginarium table too. Jared LOVES it. He uses his thomas trains on there as well.

This is the one we plan on getting DS if DH can get past the fact that it doesn't have thomas all over it  .
The new TRU on RT18 in East Brunswick had so many too, plus it is sooo ncie.

Tell DH to buy lots of Thomas trains, then it will have the name all over it

I hadn't seen the Imaginarium one. I'll have to take a look at that one too. DS is already looking over my shoulder saying "I want that."  It's amazing that at 2 1/2 he knows that it's not Thomas though. Definitely agree with getting the Thomas trains and getting the cheaper table!

I'm pretty sure we are doing the same thing.
And every open play we've been to (except B&N) has had not a "real" Thomas table and the Thomas trains

This link has someone selling a train table for $90. I actually bought one for $50 from someone on Craigslist but w/o the trains.
