Hey lady.. Im on it... you track everything you eat...you get a certain number of points per day + additional weekly points to dip into if you need to. you can Track Activity points when you workout as well.
I didn't buy anything.. i use the online calculator but you can buy the calculator.

There is a monthly membership fee unless you have already joined at a meeting and were given one of those cards with a access number. Other than that...I don't think you need to purchase anything! The website is awesome! I've used it before! The iphone has an even better WW App!

Re: tell me everything about ww online!
I've been doing WW online since January and have lost almost 27lbs.
I joined for 3 months for $60. You can look up foods, track your points, track your weight, look up recipes.
I bought a food scale, but I haven't used it yet. I don't do a lot of cooking because we're living with my ILs right now and my MIL does most of the cooking, but I think it will come in handy when we get our own place again. I was going to buy a points calculator but they were out for so long that I either figured out points online or my DH got the WW app on his Iphone.
For breakfast I either have:
yogurt (greek or dannon light and fit) oatmeal dry cereal mini bagel with whipped cream cheese fruit
For lunch: Tuna and lowfat mayo on a sandwich thin A weight watchers meal Boars Head Everroast chicken and 1 slice 2% American and mustard on light whole wheat or sandwich thin Tuna and lowfat mayo on red fat triscuits salad with hard boiled egg and lowfat dressing

I find the scale really helpful. For breakfast I have an Stop and Shop light english muffin and butter.
Lunch I have Stop and Shop sandwich thin wheat with either boars head buffalo chicken or 1 hard boiled egg with 1 tablespoon hellmans light mayo.
What works for me is selecting my dinner the night before, entering in my points for what im having for dinner andworking the rest of my day around that.
