Tell me if this is odd??
So I just did a fresh cycle. My prego test was yesterday. I pretty much knew It didn't work so I wasn't waiting for a good phone call. A nurse calls me yesterday and not my doctor to tell me that my test came up negative. I have been working with this office for 2 years and a nurse never called me always my doctor. I am a little disappointed that my doctor couldn't take the time and call me directly!

When I belonged to East Coast (before their merge); a nurse would call.

This is LIIVF I am talking about. I love it there but this left a bad taste in my mouth. My doctor still didn't even call me today.

I'm very surprised. They always seemed to be pretty adamant on having the DR call with this. Even if your DR was out; I would think another doctor would call.
Sorry on your results........I always hated those calls.

When I was with North Shore a doctor always called with my negative results. When I switched to RS of NY the nurse would call both negative and positive results.
I didn't have any issues with the nurse calling me.

When receiving my beta results, the only time I received a call from my doctor, as opposed to a nurse, was when my beta was low and they anticipated a chemical pregnancy. For me, it really didn't matter who made the phone call.

Only reason why I thought it was odd is because my doctor has always called me with those results never a nurse!!

when I was with RMA the nurses always called with my monitoring blood work results and they called with the pregnancy results. During the embryo making phase someone from the lab would call with the fert report and updates. My dr. only called afterward to give me his condolences after each cycle ended badly.
So for me, having a nurse call was the norm.

I wouldn't of really cared if a nurse called me and my doctor followed up with a phone call the next day but he still hasn't even called me. Not cool IMO...especially of the negative outcome.
