Tell me to stop being so paranoid
I had to go to the dentist today and get a couple of sealants done-- they assured me everything was totally safe for pregnancy.
Then I needed a mani/pedi for the weekend, and I just got so nervous-- between analyzing their utensils and the massage on the feet-- I have heard all these terrible things-- tell me I can stop being a worry wart.
I just don't want to do anything wrong!
God help me for the next 9 months!

Stop being so paranoid! I avoided the nail salon during my 1st tri, I understand that, but you can always tell them no massage until you feel comfortable. Try to enjoy!

I told him no massage on the second foot-- after I felt like he did the first one too hard.. of course I also got the guy who rubs so much harder than the girls! But he still rubbed the second foot!
I am sure it's ok-- but, I am just so nervous about EVERYTHING.
I am getting another blood test tomorrow-- so, I guess that will assure me everything is ok.

I just went this past weekend for a mani pedi at 13 weeks because I was also paranoid. It's normal to be that way hearing so many things we can't do, I worry a lot too! You are fine, do not worry

No worries! Odds are, the pedicure guy did not know the proper pressure points that would stimulate anything.
