If you are tracking your temp..what is the ideal temp that you should be BDing for your best chance of conception?

Re: temp
There is no ideal temp. Everyone's varies really. My pre-O temps were in the 96's, where some people's are in the 98's...after you chart for a month or two - you will get a better idea. Good luck!

Re: temp
I think the best way for you to determine when the best time to BD is - checking your CM(cervical mucus). When it becomes eggwhitish. This is telling you that you are about to ovulate.

Re: temp
There is no exact science to charting however there are basic patterns to look for. The more charts you have the more you can analyze the patterns.
However, right before ovulation, estradoil (estrogen) rises....when estrogen rises , it lowers bbt temps. Basically, you may have a "dip" before your temps shoot up to a new level of temps.
It may drive you and your dh crazy, but even if you don't see any fertile cm....always , always bd when you see a DIP.....no matter what cycle day it is, unless you are sure you already ovulated.
