Temp Experts.. Opinions Wanted..

Here is my question to FF and then there answer..What do you guys think?
On CD#16 I had a slight fever.. I think this could of been my "dip" day..
-------------------------------This is only my 2nd month temping from coming of BC.

2 questions....
One, my temps are soooo much higher this month then last month, do womans temps vary like this month to month? I was very sick last week but I am not anymore and still have such high pre-O temps..

Also, I saw an RE last monday who said he saw a folly and that it looked like I would def O the end of this week or the weekend..
well here it is sunday and it doesnt look like anything has happened... UNLESS I maybe had O'd when I was sick?

I think the high temps are just throwing me off..

Thanks ladies!
---------------------------------------THEIR ANSWER WAS............

Hi! I think it possible the two questions are related. Feeling ill, your temps may have been higher and it is possible you did O and now the temps are at your post-O range. Did the doctor suggest that you may O before Friday or on Friday? I was actually eying cd17 there, close to the fertile cm then temps slightly up. If you feel that might be a good date too, we do find the research tuner suggests that date. It might not be a bad idea, though, just to play it a tad bit safe because we don't see as clear of a shift. I'd keep checking fertile signs and perhaps BD every once in awhile, definitely again if you see more fertile cm.

Re: Temp Experts.. Opinions Wanted..

When the RE saw the follie last monday, what size was it ? The follies are still present after ovulation, they just start to shrink. For instance, my follie was 16mm a day after O. The Re wasn't sure if I ovulated or was about to. The only way to really tell is through a progesterone test. I would ask to come in for one.

Imo, there is a possibility that you ovulated cd 12.

Re: Temp Experts.. Opinions Wanted..

Did they take any blood work? That would help , because the follie could have been a cyst . I know my RE says its hard to tell them apart without the blood work to correlate.

Re: Temp Experts.. Opinions Wanted..

I saw Dr. Rosenfeld on monday the 23rd which was about a week after AF so im pretty sure i hadnt O'd yet.

He had said everything looked good and that I should O the end of the week or possible the weekend.. then you can see how terribly sick I got.. so who knows.. could of been CD#12 or CD#17 like FF seems to think...

Do you ladies think this spotting could be the start of my AF.. I was soppsed to go back to the RE when I started AF. Id hate to miss a whole month now not knowing what kind of spotting this is.......

TIA

Re: Temp Experts.. Opinions Wanted..

Is that given when AF comes?
There was something I was going in for at that time, I cant remember what.

If not maybe i can get a script and just run into quest for it so I dont have to make an apt at the re's?
Or maybe I should just call them and see if i can run in for it...

Thanks for helping me!
