temp work & unemployment ?
I've been unemployed for 5 months & I'll be starting a full-time, temp-to-perm assignment tomorrow ! :::fingers crossed:::
I really really hope it works out & they hire me BUT if they don't.....my question is, do I continue signing in to unemployment every week & answer the questions as I'm working ? And check the "have you returned back to work full-time" question ? Or just sign back in after a few weeks or months if I need to ?

I believe you have to check in or claim every week and answer the questions accordingly. If you dont make more then your benifit amnt you can still get a check for the diff. there are FAQ on the Dept of Labor website.. see if your questions are in there.

Re: temp work & unemployment ?
I did this twice during unemployment.
You just stop claiming benefits while you are earning a salary as long as it's more than $405 a week or you are working more than 4 days a week.
When the position is over, claim again as usual. I think the system prompts you with some quick questions but they'll put the claim through, then send you a letter asking for more info. You'll need to provide the address of your employer. They'll forward the letter to them and as long as the employer confirm you're entitled to benefits, they'll start again.
