Temping ?? (Especially if you have camping experience, but not limited to the "outdoorsy" type)
Ok... so I am not too sure as to what to do.
DH and I are going to visit family for Labor Day. It's going to be a camping weekend.
I haven't started temping, since AF STILL is here and I have been advised not to start temping until AF is gone.
So... back to the camping... if I am camping, I plan on temping and putting them on a piece of paper and then uploading them, but is that going to F up my temps? Considering I will be sleeping outside (in a tent with a sleeping bag and DH )... I don't know what to do here.
Also, anyone know if BD'ing would be a "bad" idea in the same situation...? never been camping before. can you tell?

Funny you should ask this question, I just came back from camping this past weekend. Sooooo much fun by the way! I honestly took a break from temping for those 3 mornings for a couple of reasons. 1- We did some drinking each night and drinking will throw off your temps the next morning. 2- I didn't want to have to wake up at 6:30 a.m. each morning. I'm a light sleeper and if I had woken up when it was light out already, I would have had a tough time falling back asleep. 3- We camped during a time in my cycle when I didn't *really* need my temps. We camped from CD 2-5. I didn't really need my temps then because I knew I wouldn't be ovulating during that time.
Anywho, if you don't need to take your temps during that time, I would skip it. If it is necessary to do so, I would take your temp but make a note of it in your chart. As for the BDing, I have to admit, I enjoy BDing outside in the tent. There's something about it that makes me feel extra frisky! Who knows, maybe some magic will happen in the tent!
