Temping -changing temp time

Been a 6:30 am girl but trying to get up earlier to work out (ugh). Are you supposed to do 10 min intervals back each day until you reach the time you want?

Re: Temping -changing temp time

Do you want to change the temp time by a lot ? Less than an hour won't really make a huge difference in temperature.

It also depends where you are in your cycle. If you are in the beginning of a cycle, (way before ovulation's usual time) or during your 2ww, than the temps are less important.

I wouldn't change the temping time, during the stage where I am approaching O.
