Temping question

I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on this charting situation. This is my first month temping, so I'm unsure what to think.

CD 10 temp was 97.51.
CD 11 was .4 degree higher, at 97.90, however, I did not sleep well AT ALL that night.
CD 12 was back down to 97.44.
CD 13 was back up to 97.90
and now CD 14 was still up at 97.88.

My question is: Should I discard the CD 11 high temp due to the fact that I was stressed and kept waking up the entire night. I usually get up at 6:10 am but I was awake (lying in bed) since 5:00 am feeling agitated and annoyed listening to DH snore. I still took the temp at the right time.

Whether or not I discard will effect my O according to FF.

thanks for any advice!!

Re: Temping question

I would probably throw out CD11's temp. Looks like your thermal shift happened between CD12 & CD13.

Good Luck!

Thanks, that is what I was thinking. I'm also hoping it is true b/c that bd'ing was better timed (o-3, o-1 and o day)! thanks again.

Re: Temping question

Personally, I would NEVER disregard temps, it could screw up your chart even more than leaving it there. It doesn't look like you o'd yet. Even if you didn't sleep well, you prob got around 3 hours uninteruppted sleep, the temp is prob good.

Leave the temp alone, and just put in the comments/notes section that you didn't sleep well. JMO

I really did not get 3 hours uninterrupted sleep that night. I was up every hour and awake (annoyed that I couldn't sleep but lying in bed) for over an hour before I took my temp at my regular wake up time.

If I leave the temp in, FF is saying I o'ed on CD 10. If I discard it, it is saying CD 12. My temp today, CD 15, is still up above coverline at 97.88 degrees. I have been having short cycles recently, like 26 days, so CD 12 makes sense.

I'm so confused!!!!!
