Temping Question...
I am really new to temping.
AF showed on Sunday!
Monday (CD2) temp was: 97.8
Tuesday (CD3) temp was 97.3
Seems like a big drop to me. How about you?

I get this at the beginning of my cycle - it sometimes takes a day or two for my temp to drop. I think it's the progesterone - which is the hormone that makes your temp rise - making it's way out of your system.

That happens to me also. The first 2/3 days of AF m temp is still a little higher than usual but steadily declining. I usually start to notice my temp go down a day or 2 before AF arrives and then it just keeps going down.
