temptee vs phila cc
I want to make cheesecake stuffed strawberries I have temptee in the house....do you thinkI can use that instead of phila?? both is 8 oz but phila is solid and temptee is not do you think I need to use more temptee or just use the sam amt??

If the temptee is whipped it might not measure the same as the phila cc.
I'm not sure if it matters much.

I agree, in this recipe it should not matter too much. I would not substitute it in something like a cheesecake.
