Tender Breasts as a constant-any ideas why/tips to help?
I noticed that one of the biggest symptoms I have since going off of BC in August is sore and tender breasts. They hurt, there is a lot of pressure, and sometimes it feels like someone is sitting on them (and I check, both cats are at my feet).
I do have a large bust, and I chose to switch to maternity bras to try to keep them as still as possible.
Anyone have this problem?
I cut my caffeine-switched to ginger and herbal tea. I take Vitamin E. I eliminated caffeinated food from my diet.
The pain is a downer. Any advice/tips? I had a breast exam in December which was normal. I am wondering if the RA and fibromyalgia i suffer from plays a part.

Is it constantly during the month - or only at certain times?
I really don't know why but I have some to spare!

Same with me. Mine hurt so much from 6DPO right up until I get AF. I spoke to my dr about it,and she said it's normal for them to be sore.

i am pretty busty and have constant pain that doesnt appear to be cyclical.
my doctor advised me to cut back caffeine intake...did i do that? No.
He also suggested Evening Primrose oil. I think it is a pill, but really never looked into it. Also, at that time we were not TTC, so i am not sure what effects it has on TTC and/or pregnancy.

i bet the fibromyalgia DEFINITELY plays a role in this. Im not sure theres much else you can do though.
I have Epstein barr and suffer from bouts of fatigue and muscle aches/pains.
I wasnt blessed with big boobs though..so i dont have the soreness problem
have you ever heard of Shaklee products?

i read in a parents magazine today that for pregnant women - they suggest wearing a sports bra to bed...that it can help 'keep things together' and make them feel more supported.... I'd have to think the same could apply for you...
it also mentioned staying away from underwire - as it can pinch and cause more trouble...
i hope you feel better sweety!
