Terrible Cold
Hi all
I have a terrible cold...I called my OBGYN and they told me to see my primary dr first..I am trying to avoid that. What kind of things did you get an ok for to take....Sneezing and very stuffed and feel as if my head is going to explode

Oh, BTW, I am 33 weeks pregnant

I had this two weeks ago. With a fever. I got a vaporizor to keep my room humid. helped with my stuffiness and kept my chest loose so my cough was productive. DRANK tons of water. took up to three steamy showers a day to clear my head and chest. No dairy at all. eat healthy. sleep as much as you can if you can. I felt much better after 3-4 days.
