TERRIBLE HEADACHES...
I've been taking Tylenol since yesterday, about 3-4 in total since yesterday for these terrible headaches I've been getting. Is it okay to keep taking the tylenol when they come back? I hate to keep taking it, I would skip it but they are unbearable.

I found mine were from lack of sleep & dehyrdation.
Hope your solution is as simple.

I have a TERRIBLE headache right now. Did you have your BP checked?
I am trying to avoid tylenol altogether but i might take some in a few min.

BP is always fine, I drink a TON of water all day...could be from being tired. I'll just take it easy today and see how I feel.
The headaches are in the back of head/neck and by my temples and just pounding..its been ok so far, just woke up at about 6am with a pounding one, hopefully since I slept a bit late after it went away it will stay away...

Sometimes believe it or not just having a little caffeine helps my bad headaches...a glass of soda woin't hurt you (not sure if you've given up all caffeine or not) but it just may help! Hope you feel better really soon!!

I don't drink caffeine, haven't for about a yr. I did get a decaf frappachino this morning though, which has a minute amount of caffeine in it. Maybe its whats keeping the headache away?
