Texas Roadhouse Opening on LI!
There are opening on Hempstead Tpke in East Meadow right by the Wantagh State.
I've never been, but heard great things from OOS'ers. Some ladies may have even meantioned it on the "what do you wish was on LI thread."

I saw this on another thread on here. It is opening in September they said. I've been to the onin in Lancaster, Pa and the food is very very good! you can smell it for miles! I imagine it will be so hard to get a table the first couple of months on a weekend evening!

Yup I posted that on the "What do you wish was on LI" thread  They had one right across from my college in undergrad!
The food was VERY good, and the atmosphere was a lot of fun! There are peanut shell shavings all over the floor to really give that "Texas" vibe. They also put delicious rolls on the table with cinnamon butter... yum!
I can't really comment on the steak there because I always would order chicken but I always enjoyed it very much! I am VERY excited about the new East Meadow location!
