I joined last week for the month long Avon Fitness study - got my MIL to do it too. This is perfect for me because I'm up in NY until August and don't have a transferable gym membership and I was hoping to do something temporarily.
Went to my first appt today - that kicked my azz

It will kick your azz more once you start with CurvesSmart!
It goes green when you're in the right range, and it's orange if you're not doing enough. I take it persinally and get pizzed when it's orange so I kick my own azz trying to get it green.
I go for me weigh in early next week. I didn't lose many lbs, but I know I lost inches!

Jenn - I had the CurvesSmart appt today - that DEF was a much better work out! Going to take a little getting used to though!
Marcie - it was a promotion that ended June 20th!

This new thing is kicking my butt and it makes the time go faster so all the better - DEFINITELY makes it a harder workout!
