Thank you letter for committee interview ?

I had an interview with a search committee of 4 people. How do I send a thank you letter? One too each? One addressed to all 4 as the search committee ?

Just send 1 directed to my hr contact thanking her for setting up the interview?

For the job I just started in Oct, I had 2 rounds of interviews, with 5-6 people each time (some of the same people were at each). I emailed each one a separate thank you, after each round. (Then after the 3rd round, with a completely different group, at a different location, sent each of them a separate email as well).

Thanks! And email is ok, not regular mail.

I was going to send them by regular mail but then got a "heads up" from an inside source that some other candidates had emailed theirs immediately after the interview (like from the parking lot!) so I didn't want to have mine get there so much later.
