Thank you to everyone for your prayers!
I am finally on the boards again and had a chance to see how many of you offered prayers for our little Thomas last month (kabs posted about her nephew, my son who was admitted to Stony Brook at 1 week after becoming lethargic).
We were home after a week in the PICU and then in the peds unit The little guy is doing great. They decided it was dehydration - he got lazy on the breast and no infection - thank GOD! There was concern that b/c of my PCOS I wasn't producing milk - turned out that wasn't the problem. I am BF and then bottle feeding him after BF with either breastmilk or forumla so we can gauge what he is getting. He is doing well - still a little on the small side (8 lbs 4 oz at 6 weeks) but very happy, alert and keeping me busy. Thank you to everyone. Hopefully now i can learn to adjust my expectations (happy baby, clean house, work happy, DH happy, me happy, etc.) and i can actually enjoy motherhood. Thank you all again!

Great news.
I know what it's like to have your newborn spend the first few weeks in NICU and ped unit. Take it easy on yourself. Just enjoy having him at home. The rest will fall into place later.

I'm glad he's getting better! I know how nerve racking it is with a baby in the hospital.
I'm glad he's home with you. Try, try, try to take care of yourself.
