THanksgiving Eve potluck dinner help
I'm hosting a potluck dinner for a bunch of friends THanksgiving eve. Everyone will have to bring something, but I wasn't sure what I should make. I was thinking I'd make a turkey, but DH said everyone would have enough of that the next day. What can I make? I figure mine should be more of a main/hearty dish since I"m hosting. TIA!

Spiral Ham Pork Tenderloin Baby back ribs
Or you can go themed like Italian. Have someone bring the caesar salad, penne al la vodka, etc. and you can do something like the lasagna.......

Re: THanksgiving Eve potluck dinner help
hmm...thanks for the ideas but DH hates ham so that's out. Maybe a pork tenderloin. Thanks! Any other suggestions folks? What are your thoughts on a casserole? What kind could I make? That's the direction I was leaning towards.
