That psycho Britney fan was on Howard today! (No - this does NOT belong on celebrity board!!!)
He was saying he was friends with Perez Hilton... He's 19 yrs old...
He would choose Britney over his own mother and she's the only girl he would ever "lick" all over 
He said some other crazy sh!t but I forgot... the boy's a psyCHO...

He's a freak. They showed a picture of what this kid looks like and I didn't know if it was a guy or a girl. He says that he also does a little internet acting...whatever that is...
