Thawing frozen breastmilk
I know I can't warm a bottle of breastmilk in the microwave, but does anybody know if I can thaw a bag of breastmilk in there since it is only 50% power?

Re: Thawing frozen breastmilk
you should never put frozen BM in the microwave. i defrost it by putting it in a mug and running warm water over it. it thaws very quickly, especially if it's stored in a bag.

Thats what I would do, put it in some warm water and it will defrost in a matter of minutes...
