The 14 Day Program

I so know that this is going to jinx it, but we are on day 10 of the 14 day bedtime program and here is a quick update...

We had a few iffy days where sleep did not happen right away and I had to fight with Noah to sleep, some nights it took up to 2 hours, but the last two nights we have had total conk out while still on the bottle and sleep the second the head hit the mattress.

Now the thing that really gets me excited is that he has been sleeping from 8.40 ish until 7.40 am not even waking for a feed ONCE.

So...thats the update. Its now 8 am and we are wide awake watching GMTV together while you lot are all fast asleep.
