I don't know if it's the best, but Here We Go Again by OK Go always grabs my attention and I have to watch the whole thing every time I see it.

Opposites Attract by Paula Abdul. Cheesy video, but I LOVED it back in the day!
Also, METALLICA'S video - Enter Sandman? The one with the MAC truck chasing after the little kid. It FREAKED me out, but I still liked it...

Probably NO ONE agrees with me, but I love the video from Fatboy Slim's Weapon of Choice. I LOVE Christopher Walken dancing in that hotel!
