The best shaving cream!
Just an FYI: Noxema Hair Minimizing shave cream is awesome! I have used it for years but it became a bit hard to find. It definitely makes a difference in regrowth time abd texture. I buy it at Shoprite, but sometimes Target has it too.
ETA: it's Noxema, not Neutrogena!
