The BEST Turkey Burger - Green Chili Turkey Burger
OMG - I can not stop thinking about these turkey burgers I made last night.
1 package ground turkey
a few tablespoons GREEN TACO SAUCE
cumin, paprika, garlic powder, S&P to taste (usually a few shakes of each)
1/4 cup bread crumbs
shredded cheese - I had mozzerela/cheddar mix
I mixed it all together - the cheese in the mix and cooked on the stove.
It tasted just like chili and it was ready in 10 minutes. My mom and I fought over the last one. I can't believe how good the turkey burgers were - I always pictured dry boring burgers. Every bite last night I was saying how good they were.
I really don't like to toot my own horn, but these really were good.
