The biggest loser competition in the office
So, we started a Biggest Loser competition in the office, and can I tell you, it's GREAT!!
I highly recommend it for anyone that has a group of willing coworkers.
We keep each other motivated and eating well all day and encourage each other to go to the gym!!
And you have the added bonus of not wanting to be embarrassed in front of your coworkers so you try that much harder!!

My DH and I started one amongst our friends. It's great to motivate each other and it's nice to have other people going through the same thing. Definitely helps when someone has a party or we all go out to dinner...."no sabotaging" lol
March 1st will be our halfway point so I'm going to have a "weigh-in" and check everyone's progress. Each person threw $20 bucks in and on May 1st the winner will get $500 bucks ! Very exciting !!
