The biggest loser workout weigh loss yoga
Today i did it for the first time all i have to say is OMG what a workout, Bob really makes you sweat i did 55 minutes, I challenged myself and i did the easiest to the hardest level...You have to try it... I want to get all of the biggest losers dvd and i want to follow along with this season and see if i can lose the weight along with them, I know i should not push myself,But, I really want to see improvements this year and look good.
