the do and dont list, is there such a thing?
so being a first time mom.. is there a do and dont list or a book you would suggest. Im freaking out and only want to do the right things. but i never knew half of the stuff you guys are telling me now.

First of all congratulations again. There are some good websites that you can go to for some good info. I like www.BabyCenter.com and www.whattoexpect.com.

Get the book What to Expect When You're Expecting. That book is great!
