I was on a mission to find the new ones "The Transfirmr" series, after going to a few places, I didn't find anything except one called "Tough Tape" w/ a section for abs. Well I've been doing this for 2 weeks and I love it. It is kind of bits and pieces from a bunch of different tapes. It is very cheesy and seems old, but it's a great workout. It's alot of lunges, squats, and arms w/ weights as well as a little step aerobics w/ weights.I ordered the Transfirmer series online and should get it this week, I can't wait. Good luck.

I LOVE the TransFIRMer series. I hear you can buy it at Target, but I bought mine on QVC.com. Do NOT I repeat do NOT buy from firmdirect.com. The customer service is HORRIBLE!

They have plenty of Firm videos, plus you can read user reviews.
