you'll want to dress comfy yet, chic.....think Audrey Hepburn....you'll want to look classy but have the attitude that you just threw your look together
sounds like fun!
kinda like julia roberts in pretty woman??? (except i'm not a pros.)
exactly except without the ugly polka dot dress

Re: The Hampton Classic ????
my daily dress code is shorts and a tank. I would hate to stick out like a sore thumb with all the uppity-ups dressed like a slob I do remember seeing it on channel 58 or whatever the local channel is out here and people were casual but that is more stress than I need

Re: The Hampton Classic ????
I was there a few years ago (though I had no special invite or seats so don't know if that makes a big difference) but I think I went in shorts (or jeans) and a tee shirt. I seem to remember there were a lot (I'd say majority) of people dressed pretty casually - unless they were the very fancy people with horses in the show, or they were just there to be seen. I wouldn't get to worried about it. If you'll be there with your work, I guess I'd say to look a little more dressed up, maybe a skirt or sun dress or something. And yeah, flats work better so you aren't digging into the grass.
