The Kindle price drop

So Amazon's Kindle is now $259. Still to expensive for me considering you still spend $10 for books (that you can't then sell or give to a friend).... do you think that at some point the library will be able to lend you books on a kindle?

I don't know but Kindle offers lots of books for free. I just downloaded Anna Karenina for free since I've always wanted to read it.

Also, one of my friends has a kindle too. If we each have something the other wants to read on the kindle, we swap kindles for a week.

The Nassau Library System offers books you can download on the Google Reader for free, but not the Kindle. I don't know about Suffolk.

Only new releases are $10. I love my kindle and feel it is totally worth the money.
