the little gym vs gymnastics school
do you think they do "more" in a gymanstics school vs the little gym? or are they pretty much the same?
which would you choose?

we did the little gym and i know DD got a lot of gymnastics there.
we never took a gymnastics class so I can't compare.

We never went to Little Gym but DD goes to a Mommy & Me gymnastics class at a real gym. I don't know how to compare so I'll let you know how class goes for her. She does a warm up with stretches and some balance and strength exercises, then an obstacle course that changes each week with tumbles, cartwheels, tunnels, things to climb and balance on. They work on bars, vault, balance beam, rings, and trampoline. Then my favorite to watch, they jump into the big foam pit and have to climb out. They spend time running on the floor with hoops and balls and things. It varies from week to week and DD loves it.
Next year when she is 3 I'll be signing her up for gymnastics and dance classes there without me.

what age was she?
we did the parent class from the time she was about 5 months old.
she is now in the tiny tots pre-school program.
she will be 3 in september
