The Man Who Freed Paris Speaks!
Sheriff Lee Baca is fighting back against those who criticized him for letting Paris out of jail early and "reassigning" her to home confinement.
The officer spoke to the Los Angeles Times late Thursday.
This is what he had to say:
"The problem here is that there is a medical issue and it isn't wise to keep a person in jail with her problem over an extended period of time and let the problem get worse. In my opinion, justice is being served by the decision to have her serve her time at home. She would still be in the county jail if it were not for the medical advice. My message to those who don't like celebrities is that punishing celebrities more than the average American is not justice."

GIVE ME A BREAK.....how many people do they let die in jail????? you think other people in there dont have medical issues ?????? then why not let them out? .. her parents prob paid someone off reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy good to get her out
this whole thing really is a big joke!!!!!!

now if that was me or u, u know our a$$ will be in jail until our time has been served. now the average american who needs to serve time will try to pull "medical condition" with the judge

Exactly! they have a KABILLION studies showing how Inamtes are the most underserved group when it comes to medical attention in this country- because no one wants to allocate the money for it. I guess they were able to find some funds in this case
