yep..A previous DWI (or DUI) , and speeding tickets, a ticket for driving at 15 the wrong way down a one way road, and a ticket for driving with a suspended license in the past.
He moved her from either Alabama or Arkansas..I cant remember. -

And he also had a convinction from years ago for driving up a street the wrong way!!!!
It's no surprise to me how much alcohol was in his system, being that the azz drove the wrong way on the parkway!!!

I really hope the judge lays into him.
I read that if he is convicted he could get 30 years. He's 24, he'll be out when he's 54.
Not enough. That little girl will never see 24. I hope he rots.
It makes me so angry how anyone could have a BAL that high and dare get behind a wheel of a car. He is a hazard to himself and society.

See a lot of the problem is that other states traffic violations dont carry over. Like I got a ticked in Florida but it dosent show up here. And even if he didn't have a license he very easily could have still gotten behind the wheel. I have a feeling if the start giving people Life sentences FOR MURDERING Someone while DUI then maybe less people will do it!
