The nausea has completely set in
I feel like I could throw up at any second.
What can I do to help this? I think I remember lemon sucking candies? Flat gingerale? Lots of crackers (Yuck)
What else is there? TIA!

This helped me a lot too, sipping ICE water with lemon.
Fresh fruit like oranges, pears, peaches and watermelon.
Ice pops (the fruit ones).

Re: The nausea has completely set in
Nothing really worked for me except Zofran and my doctor gave it to me because I could barely take care of DD. Maybe your doc can give you an RX for it. I only took it when it was really bad. I know it can be difficult to take care of a toddler and be sick at the same time.

Re: The nausea has completely set in
When I was at my worst nothing really worked for me. I couldn't drink anything except juice and all I could really eat was Carnation Instant Breakfast. It was awful, but my m/s was really extreme. As it got slightly better I noticed hard candies helped alot, as well as water with lime in it... Good Luck, hope it doesn't get too bad for you

Re: The nausea has completely set in
When I was pregnant with Kaitlyn I found that ginger altoids worked well and helped me a lot. This time I had next to no MS - but when I did - I found surprisingly that ice pops worked well - have no clue why but they did. I only had it at night though this time.
Feel better soon

They sell "preggie pops" at BRU that are supposed to help, IDK, I never had it so bad.

Re: The nausea has completely set in
The BEST thing was actual Ginger candys from Eli's near my parents in the city, they had chewy ones and sucking ones. I can get my mom to get them for you if you want.
And orange and red gatorade, SUPER cold.

bananas. i eat 1 banana a day and it seems to be keeping the nausea at bay. my sister told me about this and its been my only savior. something about the B6 contained that helps alleviate nausea.
