The next chapter of Cupcakes for Sophia's Cure.....
So my latest request for Cupcakes for Sophia's Cure were for a Mickey Mouse inspired theme. This was the final result... not overly complex, but I thought they came out cute!

I wanted to eat one very badly last night when I was making them! 
The Mickey shapes are made from melting chocolate that I made on parchment paper.
