The official FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY thread!
I started to take pix of the pre-assembly foods and keep them on my computer to refer back to them.
Tell me I'm not the only one. 
Okay, these are what I have right now. This was the prep for Pita night, so it's a couscous salad, the stuffing (olives, feta, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, the yogurt sauce).
The next one is a veggie platter.

I take pics of some of the finished products when I am proud of them or they look particularly good..I've posted them on FB..haha...

Yes! If I bake something new, I almost always take a picture.

i used them to make a cookbook for my friend

crispy baked shrimp & slaw
turkey and artichoke stuffed shells

1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained & finely chopped
½ tsp. bottled minced garlic
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. fresh ground pepper
2 cups thinly sliced fresh spinach leaves
1 ¼ cups shredded provolone
1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
1 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. cornmeal
1 can refridgerated pizza crust dough
Preheat oven to 425.
Pat chopped artichokes dry with paper towel. Combine with garlic, salt, and pepper. Add spinach leaves, cheese, chicken, and toss.
Brush oil over baking sheet, and sprinkle with cornmeal. Unroll dough onto baking sheet cut into 6 equal portions. Pat each portion into a rectangle. Spoon ¾ cup spinach mixture into center of each dough portion. Fold one corner over to form a triangle. Press edges together to seal. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes or until golden.
It's so easy! Serve with marinara sauce.

No :( There was an Aston Martin car out on the side entrance though that we say MUST BE one of theirs, or Paula's. lol
I heard the boys are going to be doing a book signing at Smithhaven mall sometime soon though. Idk who I heard it from.
