The pill: Acomplia- any feedback
Has anyone used it or know anyone who has used it or known someone who used it?
Do you think it works?

I didn't think it was FDA approved yet. I'm sure there are ways to get it but I don't know anyone who has taken it. My internist was optimistic about this drug when there was first talk about it.

It didn't get FDA approval because there were studies which found a link with depression and suicide. My DH used to work for the company and was actually hired for the launch but that never happened. Supposedly they are still working on it but it will be a LONG time.
