Re: The pursuit of Happiness
I saw it and i really enjoyed it, except I think the ending ended to quick. We all wait for the happiness in the movie and once he gets it the movie ends. That I didn't like

Re: The pursuit of Happiness
I loved it, the fact that it is a true story-and how much he endured for him and and his son is truly amazing. I don't think I could be as brave as he was.

Re: The pursuit of Happiness
I didn't want to see it because of the scene in the commercial with Will SMith sleeping in the bathroom with his son I thought it would be so sad.
But you're right, it was very inspirational. I am glad I saw it.

It was too hyped up. It was good, but I thought it would be better.

Me too. The story was inspiring but it was so dragged out.

Re: The pursuit of Happiness
I kind of wish they showed more of what happens after he gets the job- and he is loaded
it's an amazing story of determination- from homeless shelter and sleeping on a bus to multi- millionaire

I liked it a lot.
The real man seems like a great person. Saw him on Oprah and in the DVD extras.

Actually when you see Smith and his son at the end of the movie walking down a quiet street and an African American man walks past him, that is the guy in REAL life. They wanted him to have a cameo, but it also had symbolism, bc he was walking past a millionaire
A little trivia for you all
