on her belly - I think if she keeps pulling on those bumpers she will be sitting up soon

that is so cute!
We still haven't lowered ours and I found her sitting up in her crib the other day...
I meant to do it this weekend but didn't get around to it, bad mommy!

LOL, I'm cracking up at those pictures! That is adorable!!
I think I'd hold off a bit, but if you're more comfortable to lower it, then by all means go with your gut!

Cute pics!
We lowered ours as soon as our first baby started showing signs of needing it lowered (sitting up, then standing, etc)
The mattress level is primarily for the parent's ease and comfort. You can technically have it all the way down from birth, it just makes it nearly impossible to pick them up... As long as you're able to get them in and out from a lower height, I would say to lower it.
