yummy.
reading the ingredient list made me chuckle... SO HATES balsamic anything. if he only knew that it's in the pot roast i make that he loves so much. this recipe sounds similar to that recipe, so i know it will be a hit!

You can try it, see how you like it. It's a strong flavored marinade though so you might find it a tad overpowering on a delicate fish but everyone's palates are different.

It does. My favorite is Worcestershire sauce, it adds the best flavor to so many soups and marinades.

My SO hates anything vinegar. Just sneak it in. However, my SO is starting to catch on that I’m putting vinegar in things. I just water it down with EVOO.
