This looks so good. I went out at lunch today to get the ingredients to make it this week. I plan to add some shrimp and broccoli and make it the main entree.

DH is in love with this dish.
I'm in love with how easy it is to make.
I made chicken on the side with a tomato salad. Next time I will try shrimp and maybe a short pasta like cavatappi. I wish DH liked broccoli or spinach, I can see that being good in this dish too, just with more sauce.
