The Transfirmer
I have been doing an old dvd from The Firm and I love it so I ordered their newest series, the TransFirmer. It comes with a 2 part step and 4 DVD's. I'm going to try one out in a few minutes. I'm excited!

ok, so I just tried the ultimate calorie blaster, it was a little hard to follow, so I tried the supercharged sculpting, and I loved it! I'll try the other one in a few days!

Yeah! UCB is INSANE! I'm still messing up on it. My faves is definitely SCS & ABS. The Jiggle Free series are also very good!

$54.00 plus tax/shipping from QVC. You can find it on other websites as well. It's hard to find in stores. You get the step, 4 dvd's and meal ideas. I definitely think it's worth it!

DEFINITELY get it through QVC. That's where I got mine too. Do NOT...buy from firmdirect.com. Their CS is horrible!

To those that do WW & TransFIRMer...here's some motivational websites to get you going...
It's amazing the body transformation in these girls!
(I've been sick and haven't been able to FIRM for a couple of weeks...I'm dying knowing I can't FIRM...it's soooooo AWESOME!)

I've only had the Transfirmer for a few days, but my muscles so feel it. But I was doing an older dvd from the firm fro about 3 weeks now and I am definitely feeling a difference and beginning to see one as well. It is something I will keep up, I actually look froward to doing it and trust me, that is not the typical me
